MAKE THIS: One Pot Turkey Skillet

I found this recipe on Jen's blog Yummy Healthy Easy via Pinterest. This entire meal is cooked in one pot and it's delicious.

Pro Tip: I omitted the tortilla chips (to make this healthier) and swapped the cheese for a lactose free-version (thanks Sprouts!)
